椒鹽蒜香雞翼
材料:
雞中翼454g,蒜蓉1湯匙
醃料:
淘大金標生抽1湯匙,Aji-shio味椒鹽11/4茶匙,糖3/4茶匙,紹酒1茶匙
做法:
1.雞中翼洗淨,抺乾水份。
2.加入醃料及蒜蓉拌勻,醃過夜後即可供燒烤或煎炸。

Ingredients:
Chicken Wings 454g, Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Marinade:
Aji-Shio Premium Flavoured Pepper 1 1 / 4 tsp, Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp, Sugar 3 / 4 tsp, Shao Xing Wine 1 tsp
Method:
1.Rinse the chicken wings and wipe dry.
2.Add marinade & minced garlic and mix well. Leave it overnight. Pan-fry or grill, then serve.
