Teriyaki Pork Neck Fillet with Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce


照燒豬頸肉配泰式甜辣醬

材料:
肉青1/2斤(即豬頸肉,300g)

醃料:
淘大日式照燒汁1 1/2湯匙

蘸汁料:
淘大泰式甜辣醬2湯匙

做法:
1. 豬頸肉洗淨抹乾,以醃料拌勻醃30分鐘。
2. 放易潔鑊中,加適量油煎至兩面金黃熟透,切件放碟中,以淘大泰式甜辣醬作蘸汁。
*1 杯=250 毫升
*4人份量

Ingredient:
Pork Neck Fillet 300g
Marinade:
Amoy Japanese Teriyaki Sauce 1 1/2 tbsps
Dipping Sauce:
Amoy Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 2tbsps
Method:
1. Rinse the pork neck fillet and pad dry, marinate with marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Pan fry the fillet in a non-stick pan until fully cooked with golden brown color, cut into pieces and put on the plate and use Amoy Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce as dipping sauce.
