Satay Beef with Enoki Mushrooms
沙爹金菇肥牛
材料: *四人份量"
肥牛270克(切件), 金菇1包200克, 淘大沙爹醬4湯匙
做法:
1. 金菇切去菇腳, 洗淨。
2. 爆香薑2片, 牛肉及金菇, 加淘大沙爹醬炒勻至熟, 即可。
Satay Beef with Enoki Mushrooms
Ingredients:*four servings
Fat beef 270g (cut into pieces), 1 pack Enoki mushrooms 200g, Amoy Satay Sauce 4 tbsp
Method:
1. Trim off the stem of mushrooms. Rinse.
2. Saute 2 pieces of ginger slices, beef and mushrooms. Add Amoy Satay Sauce and stir well until done.
